Junior Witter makes the second defence of his WBC World crown against former WBA World Champion Vivian Harris.
Henessy Sports has secured the fight on home ground and will be staging the fight at THE DOME in Doncaster,but Harris is no stranger to foreign shores after twice beating Otkay Urkal in Germany and stopping him impressively in their second meeting.
But Guyana born Harris, based in NeW York was unceremoniously relieved of his title by underdog Carlos Maussa back in 2005 and has been back on the title track ever since.With three wins behind him he is confident of victory and must surely be Witters toughest test so far.

"Without a doubt it will be my hardest fight so far,Harris knows what it is to be Champion and its so close he can almost taste it.But I am like the kid who comes along on a hot summers day, steals your ice cream and spoils the party," laughed Junior.
"But on a serious note he is a well schooled fighter,has an excellent jab and a knockout punch with his right hand.I have been training hard for this fight and havent under estimated Harris at all."

Witter will have to have his "Wits" about him when he steps into the ring on September 7th,Harris has knocked out 18 of 28 opponents so his power certainly has to be respected.The Champion needs to win in impressive fashion if the more lucrative fights are to come his way,it could be an early night for which ever fighter is on top of his game come 7th September,dont blink you just might miss it.
